SPA GABICCE MARE

In this spa, housed in a vacuum behind a structure exists, we wanted to introduce the design theme of the cave by connotations most intimate and libraries, where space underground finds its highest exaltation.
This added volume was thus interpreted as a cavernous space constant, consists of a linked system of small circles, whose main theme is water, which express the primary experience of bathing, relaxation of body contact with this and rock at different temperatures and in different situations.
The same treatment of material surfaces contributes to this commitment, with floor-to-ceiling and wall treated with the same material but of different texture which distinguishes the uses and functions.

That’s great plates, “draw” the flooring designed to enhance a reading almost the whole stratigraphic while the coating, “fabric” to thin strips of different thickness, declares the will to represent geometrically a sort of chipping and craftsmanship due to any system cavernous dug.
