MARGHERITA GARDEN

Bologna (Italy)

From a flat surface, simple geometric volumes emerge, simulating, to the scale of man, the urbanized territory, perceived at night as day. Within the photographic negative “system” of the paths, nothing is predetermined, almost to evoke the disorder in the modern evolution of our cities, a disorder within which the green spaces seem to take over, invading the top of the built in a rebirth of a new consciousness in which the plants will have to find more and more space. This will be expressed in different shades of green, almost to simulate the alternation of the woven-like texture of the fields in its different colors that make up our countryside, bringing the perception of the territory within the reach of everyone. From these volumes emerged, balloons of different colors rise to equally variable heights emphasizing the diversity of individual consciousness. It will then be possible, at the end of the path, to interact with it by making white balloons climb along the anchors towards the colored elements, in a final image where sharing in this new thinking will lead to a new dimension.
